Great investment!

I got one of these as a gift for Christmas, and I've used it at least a dozen times since. I keep it in the glove compartment of my car, and for an amateur mechanic such as myself, it comes in VERY handy. The only downside is that the racheting mechanism switches from clockwise to counter-clockwise a little too easily when rubbed against something as you're driving in a screw. And it would've been nice to have switchblade action, as opposed to having to unscrew the bottom every time you need to change the driver head. Other than that, this is a must have for every toolbox!

These, and the regular lenght and flex-head versions, are always on sale for about 5 bucks. For the money, buy them all and keep in a drawer or the car, they come in handy.

Q: On the Mastercraft 7-in-1 Stubby Ratchet Screwdriver Set, how do you change the bits?

1 Answer

A: The handle holds all 6 double ended bits. Twist off the end cap of the handle to remove the bits, choose the bit you are looking for and insert that bit into the ratchet head. Place the remaining bits back into the handle and twist the end cap back on.
