Poor product even worst service

Received this staple gun as a gift,( no receipt) started to use it to attach a vapor barrier , first time it was used. The staple gun started to drive staples normally but after a short time the staple gun stopped working. I returned the staple gun to the store it was purchased ( Mount Pearl store ) only to be meet a very rude customer service agent to the point I just left the staple gun on the counter and walked out of the store. I then went to a building supply store close by and purchased a new staple gun.

Easy to Load and Handle

I got it to replace some ceiling tiles, and it worked perfectly for the job. It’s sturdy, easy to handle, and loading staples is quick and simple. The build feels solid and durable, not flimsy like some other cheaper models. It’s also compact enough to carry around easily, which is great when working overhead or moving from one task to another. I like that it’s compatible with multiple staple sizes, giving flexibility for different projects. It came with various staples. The price is reasonable for the quality, and I even earned some of CT Money through Triangle Rewards, which was a nice bonus.

A: Pinch the black bottom tab together. Pull out slider as you are pinching. Load the staples in the slot.

Q: Where can I find and download the schematic for the Mastercraft 6-in-1 Staple Gun and Nailer as I have re-assembled mine incorrectly and it now long fires consistently? It seems it lacks the spring pressure to push the staples to the head reliably
