Issues with self propelled...

Sometimes the self propelled mode doesn't engage, I have to wait, try it again or shut it down and try again. Other than that, great mower.

Product only worked one day

Relatively easy to set up. The size is good .The self propelled aspect is great and it made the job easier. The mulching feature is great in that bagging is not required. However, the mower only worked one time and now it doesn't work. Even asked the neighbour to check to make sure I wasn't missing something. Will need to return the product

Helping the environment going electric, patience required.

Works great. Can set the height to cut grass, bag is easy to remove, empty, reattached, various speed for self propelled. Overall good weight. I found it is best to empty the bag after sections of the lawn otherwise it is too heavy to push and if I use the self propel option the batteries don't last that long. I am getting use to charging the batteries, 2 batteries, 1 charger included. I have little patience waiting to charge both, may have to buy a 2nd charger. With my gas mower it would take 50 minutes to cut the grass. With the electric I can get the front and side yard done then have to recharge the batteries to finish which means the next day.

missing part

Picked this up on clearance. it was missing a battery out of the box. customer service told me they would order a battery in for me so I took it home anticipating getting the second battery in the near future. Got a call 3 days later telling me that because the tool is discontinued, they will not be replacing the missing battery....very frustrating as the tool needs 2 batteries to run. Tool itself works well so far.

A: Good day to you Cooker! Did you manage to pull the black plastic plug out of the slot that leads towards the bag? It was quite hard to pull out on our machine. Once we got the plug out ours does a good job of blowing the clippings into the bag.

A: That is a good question. I would ask the store or manufacture on that question. My guess is when you see it is dull not cutting the grass clean but tearing it off.

Q: Can I use my 20V 4.0 Ah battery from my snow blower on this model? Also would it damage my snow blower to use the 20V 5.0Ah batteries, or does it only make a difference in the runtime?

A: My lawn mover was made in 2021. Because I have a big property I had to buy two more batteries.this year. The new ones run longer than the old ones. It said on the Packaging that they were 1.4 times longer.

Q: Is this unit compatible to use the PWR POD 20V 4AH batteries ( SKU 54-7519-8)? The ones that came with the unit only run about 25-30 minutes which is not enough to mow my lawn. The batteries I mentioned are suppose to be 3 times the life

A: I don't know if it would work with pwr pod battery but for me the 5ah battery that came with it last about one hr and battery indicator still show 1 light left
