some dissapointment

The online photo depicts a 1hr charger as well as the Dec26-Dec31 flyer. The actual product comes with a lesser 3-5hr charger(looks totally different). the product box also depicts the 3-5 hr charger. Some disappointment but overall a good bang for the buck. Bought it because a co-worker has this combo and I've seen it in action.

Excellent For General Repairs

I bought this combo kit about 2 years ago, and well it's been in my car, as well as some minor car detailing projects.. combined with the mcguires products it's very versitile.. and when changing tires on the side of the road the cordless impact wrech definatly does a good job but you'll need to use a good torque bar to torque the nuts down.. over all. you need a cordless combo.. you can't go wrong with this one.. the battery could use a better charge.. but it last's ok.. if your going to use it alot.. get an upgraded battery and use the standerd battery as a back up.. but that's just my opinion.:)

Very please for the price

Bought that kit three weeks ago and i've use that impact wrench everyday since.I am a technician in a dealership and i use it for alot of stuff,i cannot take every lugs nut off with it but maybe 70% of them. It is not the tool thats going to replace your air impact but for underhood job, light suspension work, accessories installation ect. It is just perfect. With that price tag you can't go wrong

Q: Wrench Tried to loosen the lug nuts from my car wheels, tightened to 105 ft/lb.The wrench says max torque is 116ft/lb but it didnt work for me at all. I tried a few times and the lugs did not loosen at all.The 116ft/lb specs should lossen my lugs, right?

The Impact Wrench in this combo is used for a wide range of fastening applications, while the problem you have mentioned may be caused by different factors. Please check if the tool is functioning well, it has forward and reverse function please refer to the product manual, as well as the impact socket you may be using with the tool to loosen the lug nuts (e.g. capacity between wrench drive, socket and lug nuts, etc), the conditions of the lug nuts (if they have rust, etc).
