Awesome Nailer for pro use

These nailers are identical to Hitachi (Metabo) nailers. Make sure you properly and regularly oil them and they will last a long time. All the parts are directly interchangable with Hitachi which makes parts cheap and easy to source. We have 25 of these and for the price they cannot be beat.

Yes, I recommend this product.

ABSOLUTELY THE WOST

Bought a new one 2 weeks ago after my old mastercraft one just gave out . Had that one for 13 years. I'm going to try and fix it think a seal gave out. Back to the new one I purchased. It was garbage. would send five nails. Then hammer 3 of them in. Depth screw dial does not work properly. When I was not hammering in the nails that could not go through a shingle and 1/4 inch. I was removing nails due to the double tapping and sometimes tripping tapping nails. And then it would jam up. 2 nails in the chamber.i wated more time with this piece of garbage. i wanted to smash it with my hammer that I needed all the time .made me so frustrated. returned it today, and im going to spend more money and get a good one. if you want to just nail a roof vent, this is still not the gun for you as it has trouble GOING THROUGH PLASTIC. And yes, I have a good compressor . DONY WAST YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Questions

1 - 10 of 12 Questions

Q: In the picture it shows the Roofing Nailer being used on Vinyl siding which is the application I would like to use this for. Is there an adapter that is used to prevent the nails from being driven too far for siding applications?

4 Answers
  • A: I am not aware ofi any adaptor to control nail penetration , but may well be one. By adjusting the air supply pressure you can control the nail penetration quite effectively, but there will be minor variations. Vinyl siding must NOT be nailed to prevent horizontal movement in the nailing slots.

  • A: See what images? I am pretty handy at fixing things but instructions to switch are major pain and once I did what it said in the manual it would not fire a single nail

Q: Est-ce que la cloueuse peut être utilisée sur un bardeau cloué à des planches (au lieu de contreplaqué). Quelle pression d'air doit être utilisée dans ce cas ?

Translate with Google
1 Answer
