This thing is awesome. I really can't think of a single con to go with all of its pros.
Good battery life.
Very reasonable power for everything I used it for, very lightweight.

This is one of the best buys you will make right now as it is on sale with a big discount. This drill charges well, and has plenty of juice when you are working. I recommend a second battery so you can charge one while you use the other.

A: By squeezing the trigger area, I see the drill is called TOUCH in other markets , thats better then dual trigger as dual trigger tools I have some and its not variable or squeezy

Q: Can you adjust the maximum torque on the impact driver? There's a torque clutch on the drill but no adjustment I can find with the driver?

A: For 54-3184: MX 12V Dual Touch impact driver, please note the torque is not adjustable. For 54-3185 : MX 20V Brushless Dual Touch impact driver, this impact driver is with 3-speed function, and each speed setting relates to a different torque. For end-user, if they need adjustable torque to perform some light duty work, we suggest them to choose 54-3183 MX Dual Touch 12V drill driver.
