Bought 2 weeks ago, opened today, came in a sealed box right from pallet in warehouse only contained 9/10 products. The ones that were in the box seem good.

Bought as a christmas gift. Had product taken off pallet and straight to register for me. Then taken home to wrap as gift. Opened christmas morning to see it is missing an item. extremely disappointed.

Q: What is the difference between the blue and yellow handled tools in set (product #58-4791-6) and the blue and black handled tools in other sets? Plesae tell me the difference between the mastercraft tools with different handle colours in the following product sets: -58-4785-2 blue and black -58-4791-6 blue and yellow

A: These sets are the same in terms of quality and specs. The difference is the handles - the profile changed a few years ago (3) but we were still seeing some of the old profile once in a while.
