Q: Do these cabinets need to be secured to the studs or to the drywall is good enough. If to the studs, what screws would you use to avoid splitting the studs?

A: Depends on what the weight youre putting on them. I started off using the supplied drywall anchors. For the weight i had. (Not much) the mounting bracket started to pull from the wall within a day. To prevent and improve i found the studs behind, drilled holes through both cabinet and wall anchor rail, then used grk rss screws to mount better.

Q: I'm wondering about undermount possibilities. Is there an official system or could I rig something to hang tools from the underside of the cabinet? Thanks.

Q: How many internal shelfs does this unit have? looks like this door open up vertically ? does it have a hinge that keeps the door up?

A: Yes, it is vertically open, and the hinge can keeo the door up (which is stopper door hinge),but there is not any shelf.

A: The brackets allow vertical and horizontal mounting. However, vendor suggests do not use it vertically, because it can take off easily. It will be dangerous and it’s better to use it according to the manual.
