The Mastercraft 1/3 Sheet Sander is designed to smooth your project with ease, whether you're using a low-grit paper to remove excess debris, or a fine grit paper for butter-soft smoothness. Turn it on and off with the slide of a switch. The powerful 2A motor sands your work at 12,000 OPM for rapid results. Dust is extracted through the pad and captured in a removable dust bag to minimize mess and debris. With a rubberized grip and large sanding plate, you'll have the control you need for flawless results.

Disposable should be included in item description

Purchased this item a few years ago for a particular project and found myself using more frequently of late. I realized the foam pad was wearing so I asked at local store for replace parts......can't help ya.....call 1-800 number. Called with model and part number from owners manual and I was told that this product is part of an exchange program, should anything go wrong within 3 years. In other words "disposable". What's the point of providing a parts list??? I really expected a little more from CTC.

I have used this sander for a number of years and it works great, but, one of the sandpaper hold down clamps lost a tooth and will no longer holds the paper. I contacted customer service a CTC and they provided a 1-800 number. This number connected me to Black and Decker. I waited 25 minutes on hold on two occasions so I went to a local Black and Decker tool center and they said we do not have parts or are able to get parts. So now I have a sander that runs well but is useless because I cannot get parts for it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this on sale a few months ago and have since gave it a run for it's money using it on many many projects around the house. It's help up pretty well. My only complaint is that the foam does chip away a bit in some spots when heavily used, but it still works regardless. Can't go wrong for the price, especially when on sale.

Got it on sale and used it to sand my deck thinking it would not last the job. It lasted throughout the job and is still going, so not bad for a cheep sander!

A: Sorry, there are no replacement parts available for this unit. This product carries a 3 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, redeemable at any Canadian Tire store.
