11 months agoA: That would be a question for customer service. I have this door opener that opens a single door. It may very well be able to, however I have found its got slower since I installed it. Also, had become a bit noisier in time too. Its a surprisingly small unit with 1/2 HP that would require solid mounting brackets to make this possible. It has a bit of movement at first when opening, even with a door that has cables to help. You just may want to get something a bit more heavy duty for your needs.

Q: Chain drive has broken. Is there a way to get a replacement? I need just the standard size that comes with the opener, not the extension.
3 years agoA: Call the store and ask them and they may replace the part for you depending on when you purchased it. Our store was very accommodating.
