Q: Key #s? is there #s on the keys so you can get more (look for 2 of these packs with the same number so you can have 6 locks with the same key)?

A: yes. each of them are numbered and you can easily match them to the same key as another set.

Q: Does the customer service counter allow one to specify the key number when special ordering? I don't think the Canadian Tire "Expert" understood the earlier question. I too want to know the answer.

A: Often the Key numbers are visible in the packaging (it just requires the proper face of the key to be facing out) and it can be possible to find locks with matching key #’s. As an alternative the store can contact Master Lock Customer Service and special order the locks with matching keys #’s. They can often match key numbers for the same style locks a customer may own, but it can be dependant on the age of the original locks – as we randomly roll the key numbers we produce. The store can contact our customer service at 1-800-227-9599. It is always best to have available the key number desired, or any key number not-desired on hand before calling.
