We bought the kettle 4 months ago.
It's already broken. The light started to blink, kettle was randomly turning On and Off, then just stopped working.
We returned the kettle to Canadian Tire for store credit.

A: I have got a new cordless Master Chef kettle and the bottom is pitting with rust spots, this cannot be healthy or safe. I use filtered water only. I am hesitant to use this in case I get some sort of poisoning.

A: It's SUS304 material which will not get rust. But if using tap water, the water scale may appear after using for a several times. You can use some lemon juice or scale remover to solve it.
