Q: Just bought this bbq, and it appears to be missing the burner electrode. The assembly manual indicates that it should already be attached to the main burner. I think I see the electrode, but there is no wire to feed out to the starter button
2 years agoA: Thank you for your inquiry. The electrode can get tucked up under the control panel. It can be found by opening the lid, locating the burner with the electrode attached, and follow the wire. Thank you for your feedback regarding these directions not being included in the manual. Q: MASTER Chef Prime 4-Burner Propane Gas BBQ Grill - Where should I keep the Propane Gas Cylinder? There is no space for keeping it. I thought the product includes a stand underneath which can be used to keep the cylinder. Should I buy it separately?
3 years agoA: There should have been a U-shaped bar that attached to one of the sets of legs, and is a support bar on the lower portion with two curved cut outs. The bottom of the cylinder lip fits in the cut outs, then the u shaped bar clips into the top edging to hold it in place. On the left side when you're looking at the bbq.
