However, it is not strictly limited to propane, it is just referring to a grill that uses gas as a fuel source. In this case it is propane gas. We're sorry for the confusion. If you're looking for a natural gas grill you will want to confirm the gas source before purchase.

Hot Handle

They should have used a heat resistant handle, as the handle is to hot to touch. If I wanted to use oven mitts, I'd use the oven.

Please Note: If you're experiencing excessive heat that the front of your grill (example: control knobs and control panel), it may be an indication of a blockage in the burner that is forcing the flame/heat back toward the front of the grill. Love the grill/griddle feature. Wish it came with a side burner feature. But being a portable unit. Understandable. A extra grill would hace been handy. Will likely see about ordering one

Set up and first lighting were a breeze.
The temperature control is imprecise. The only way tonget the temperature below 400° F is to raise the lid an inch or two even at the lowest setting and with the adjustable regulator reduced to minimum. I haven't tried to cook on it yet but I look forward to the first steak.
Easy set up. Sturdy.

Q: This grill looks amazing.... Except It looks like it only has a single burner? Is there any model that has two burners which could controll the different surfaces at differnet tempratures or allow for indirect cooking?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. In order for the Master Chef GT Turismo Portable Gas Grill to connect with your larger propane tank, an adapter will need to be purchased. Just keep in mind that the adapter size, model # will be dependent on what size the propane tank you plan to use. Check with the manufacturer of the adapter to confirm. Please note: This grill is liquid propane ready and is not convertible to Natural Gas.

A: This grill is liquid propane ready and is not convertible to Natural Gas. There is a difference between a propane only valve assembly and a convertible valve assembly. Unfortunately this grill is 100% not able to convert to natural gas. These types of kits are not interchangeable because every valve has its own specification. Hope this helps!
