Overly complicated mess

This is by far the worst rice cooker I've ever used. It only has one setting which scorches the bottom uncontrollably without actually cooking the rice. It makes a ridiculous mess everytime you use it and it's nearly impossible to properly clean it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Easy to use! Rice comes out fluffy and perfect. It's not the cheapest and it's not the most expensive rice cooker so it's worth the price!

Terrible product. Stopped working after ONE USE. Due to Canadian Tire's horrific return policy, I doubt I'll be able to get my money back for this faulty product. Will try the manufacturer's warranty route, but doubtful there too.
Do not buy!!!!!

A: Pour 2 cup, 2 fois je m'en sers donc environ 35 à 40 minutes de cuisson ne pas laisser sur Chaud après la cuisson plus de 30 minutes mais pas 2h00 comme le dit le livret d'instruction
