great for heating coffee, but anything with bulk takes longer than my big one. But i use both (also master chef) of them so I can't complain. But if your expecting to heat a frozen dinner, add a few minutes

Not safe

I have owned this for less than four months and it started violently sparking. It is completely unusable. I hope to be reimbursed so I can purchase something that is less likely to burn my house down. Do not buy.

Do not buy- about 2 years old. started sparking and smoking. Was making Redenbacher microwave popcorn. Seemed very dangerous. Unplugged it. Will not be rebuying this make or model.
