Q: Reading reviews for the Master Chef microwaves, I noticed negative comments concerning the microwave slipping on the counter when opening and closing the door. Has anyone tried the simple fix of applying small vinyl bumpers to the feet?

A: Thank you for the feedback regarding a revision to the feet. If small non slip grips were added to the bottom of each corner of the feet evenly it could prevent slipping.

A: After cooking ends, the system will beep to remind you every two minutes until you press STOP/CLEAR button or when you open the door.

A: The only products we currently have available that would satisfy your space restrictions are our MASTER Chef 0.7 cu-ft microwaves (043-1782 / 043-1783 / 043-1784), but both of these models are only 700W. The dimensions of the 3 MASTER Chef skus noted above are 10 3/16 x 17 5/16 x 13 1/16” (HxWxD). The most compact microwave that we have that is >=1000W is the Panasonic 0.9 cu-ft microwave (043-1024), but the dimensions are slightly too large: 11 1/2" x 19 1/8" x 14 13/16" (HxWxD)
