Great Product Poor Service

Thermometers are great, they do exactly what they are supposed to do.
I ordered these online for in-store pickup and was dissapointed with the service. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes to get this product, when I could have picked it off the shelf and bought it in 5 minutes. Shopping online is supposed to be convenient, and this was not convenient at all.
Step your game up canadian tire. Maybe you should create an express line for people who are picking up pre-purchased items?

Q: Do I put the master Chef Steak Button Thermometer in the Steak? As soon as I put the steak on the grill and leave it until the desired temperature is obtained or do I insert the thermometer every few minutes?
