Chef master cutting boards

I didn’t like the bamboo cutting board because a bit of the fibre from the chopping board was coming off of it especially when you rub your fingers through it when it’s damp. When it’s dry you can faintly see the fibres coming of it. I wouldn’t recommend it as these fibres can get into your food.

I was a little taken aback that the instructions said to clean only with a soft cloth. That has me a little concerned about the stability of the board and whatever glue they used to put it together. Otherwise they work great

These bamboo cutting boards are sturdy, attractive, and great for daily kitchen prep. I like the variety of sizes, which makes it easy to switch between cutting produce and meat. They’re slightly prone to knife marks over time, but still a solid 4-star buy for quality and value.
