Lifetime map update is a lie

The big sticker on the box clearly states LIFETIME MAP UPDATES. This is a lie. The company considers LIFETIME to be “the useful lifetime of the product which they claim is a max of 3 years. So not only are you mislead by their fake claim, the company itself claims their product only lasts 3 years.

Routes oddly

Still baffled by quirks in its route selection and missing destinations. For example, it refused to route to Windsor, Ontario, from the Detroit Wayne County Airport. Suggested routes closer to home are rarely the way I would usually travel. Frequently, voice commands come too late. Still, happy to have it, but exercise real world judgment and have paper maps for backup.
