Excellent flavour profile

I use this for cold smoking cheese and hot smoking pork butt, ribs, chicken quarters and wings and fish. It is an excellent all-round choice for smoking. I use a propane cabinet style smoker, without the burner on for cold smoking.

Pleasantly surprised.

After buying our first pellet grill we tried a competitor's 'competition mix' and were surprised by the quick burning of the pellets and somewhat bitter taste the smoke left on our food. We then tried a bag of these pellets and were pleased with the long lasting burn - about twice as long as the other brand! And the smokey flavor is not bitter or acrid at all. We will definitely keep a bag of these pellets on hand!
