This fan is definitely not my favourite. A lot of the time you can get a cheap desk fan that works well, but as for tower fans I found the price reflected on the quality. I dont find it works very well, and the settings don't alter much. The only + side is it is pretty quiet. I guess the downfall is its pretty low quality. It doesn't push our air out very fast and definitely doesn't help cool any of my rooms down, even when its used in a small space. Quite disappointed.

Q: My fan turns off after 2 hours automatically. If I don't set the timer it won't turn on. How do I get it to work continuously?

A: Automatic 120-minute timer. Turn the knob of the timer (1) to the desired time you want, the fan will stop when the time is over. The longest timer setting is 120 minutes. If the timer is not in use, set the timer to "O". Speed is controlled by pushing speed switch on the top of the body. There are 4 positions: 0--Off; 1--Low; 2--Medium; 3--High For further assistance, please contact 1-866-788-7389
