Mediocre at best

While the pockets have held up nicely and the product altogether has, for the most part, done its job. I found that, being a woman with far too many shoes, the actual hook on this cant hold up when at full capacity. When I finally got the last pair of shoes into their pockets the hook bent and it fell off the closet pole. Wouldn't buy it again, instead going to repurpose it for winter wear and get myself an actual shoe rack.

Pockets need to be bigger

The company that manufactured this shoe rack must be in a country with smaller feet than in North America. The compartments are too small to hold men's shoes bigger than size 7. The shoe rack is otherwise good in terms of the strength of the stitching and the grommets. So we kept it and repurposed it over the last few years. My wife's feet are small enough that we used it for its intended purpose for a year, but it's also been used as a toy rack and it now sits in the garden shed as garden tool organizer. The compartments are just the right size to hold a trowel or pruners.
