Funky design, but solid glassware

I assumed that the "bubbles" of the design were just internal to the glass wall, and that the glass walls would still be a traditional smooth surface. However, the bubbles are actually sizable indents into the walls of each glass. Very strange feeling. But, on the plus side, they are much easier to hold when wet or slippery, since your fingertips dig into the indents. Otherwise, very sturdy with a good weight to them. I got an insanely good deal on them during clearance, so very happy.

The glasses are nice. They grip well and hold a decent amount of liquid. They are a decent thickness as well. Some imperfection on the lip where they were formed but not a deal breaker especially for the price. I removed one star because one glass had to be tossed straight from the box due to a chip in the lip of it. Overall I would recommend these if your looking for an everyday but still somewhat classy drink glass.
