Disappointed I loved LG till this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not even had this TV that long the screen went black but if you hold a flashlight to it you can see the menu and it is working it is like the lights went out in and the volume is distorted muffle it has been wall mounted since we got it so I know it didn’t get hit or damaged in any way! I’m really frustrated!

To hook up an external sound system, the TV would need either an HDMI (ARC/eARC), an Optical output, or RCA output. Unfortunately, This TV does not have either. ^Daphane

Bought last Christmas. Have been pleased with tv until wanting to connect sound at and other items. Would not have bought it if I realized it didn't have all the connections that I took for granted. Not the right connections for laptop or exterior sound.
