The Leviton Decora Humidity Sensor and Fan Control is a smart solution for managing excess humidity and promoting a healthier home environment. Using advanced digital sensing technology and a microprocessor, it detects and responds to elevated humidity levels, activating the ventilation fan to reduce condensation and help prevent mould and mildew. User-friendly controls let you easily adjust sensitivity, humidity levels, and time-out settings for customized comfort. Designed to replace a single-pole switch, it’s compatible with most bathroom or ventilation fans and fan/light combinations.
Set the sensor to detect humidity at 10, 20, 30 or 45 minute intervals
Air cycle mode operates the fan hourly with any user set fan duration
Easy to install - it has a slim profile that fits in most wallboxes
Adjust settings without tools or the need to remove faceplate and wallplate
Can be installed with or without a neutral wire
Wallplate sold separately
Perfect for high-humidity areas like bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms, and home spas
Helps save energy by operating the fan only when needed
