Better than expected

Easy to install. It connected to 5G Wi-Fi, much to my surprise. It works nicely with the app, though like other devices only when there is Internet. Now I can get into bed with the light on so I don't step on cats etc and can turn it off when safely tucked in.

Leviton wifi switch works great

I prefer the this unit for the wifi setup vs the other style that uses its own communications system. Installation is easy. The switch is a little bulky so you will need to be careful when placing the excess conductor back in the electrical box. Setup is very easy. Out of 6 units that I bought only one needed to be reset to restart the process. Make sure that you update the firmware to protect yourself from unwanted intrusion. Leviton’s app is easy to use and is fairly intuitive.

Q: The Leviton Decora smart switch is it 3 way compatable? Is there anything else you have to buy to make it 3 way? Can i install directly into where exsisting 3 way switch is?

A: Yes it is 3 way compatible. You would need to purchase 052-9452 switch remote. Simply replace current 3way switches with the wifi switch and switch remote.
