Q: I recently bought and installed this. I watched a UTube video first and I bought a NCVD to identify the hot wire. It works well but when you dim the lights they will only dim so far, not all the way or enough to go out completely. Is this normal?..

A: If the dimmer is at this lowest position, the lights will remain on at very low intensity. For them to go out completely, the switch needs to be turned off.
