Q: will this plug into a 2023 ford f150 powerboost plug

A: Best to check your car specs and plug requirement on your car beforehand, but it should work. I believe f150 requires 30A 120V and/or 240V so this locking plug should be compatible to be plugged in.

Q: Will this fit a Champion 7500W / 9375W Portable Generator?

A: Yes actually it will, there is only one outlet on the Champion 7500 watt generator that will accommodate this type of plug in , the rest are ordinary 110 volt plugs.

Q: Will it convert 220v to 110v?

A: It's only rated for 125V and should not be used with 220V. Product is designed to accept two hot legs of 125V (2*125 being 250V), along with a neutral and ground. Single leg of 220V or 230V, as often found in Europe, is not accepted.
