Q: Would this adhesive be safe to use to hold a sheet of linoleum flooring to a plywood subfloor in travel trailer? If not, what type of glue does Canadian Tire supply for this project?
3 years agoA: Thank you for the question. LePage PL Premium may work for the repair of one floor tile, but it would not be suitable or recommended for installing a complete linoleum floor for two reasons. 1. It is not a trowel grade adhesive designed for this purpose. 2. It may cause discoloration of the material depending upon its composition. Unfortunately, we do not offer a trowel grade adhesive for this purpose. You need to be looking for a multi-purpose flooring adhesive “trowel grade” designed for installing sheet goods such as linoleum flooring to sub floor.

Q: will it work for a fiberglass roof on a rv roof
3 years agoA: Thank you for the question. LePage PL Premium Polyurethane Construction Adhesive will bond to fiberglass. Unfortunately, it is not possible to know whether the product will work for your intended use, keeping in mind the maximum service temperature when cured is only 71°C (160°F) and the adhesive can fail in certain roof applications due to high temperatures. Mechanical fastening would be a requirement if you intend to use the product, otherwise, we would not recommend it as the sole means of attachment.
