missing entire bag of pieces

So... this is a great build. Came with an extra bag but missing one as well. packaging mishap I guess. called lego and replacement was sent. pretty frustrating as it took 3 weeks to get the bag.
First Lego mistake that I have experienced and they were good about fixing the problem. guess I could have just returned to CTC.
