Not made for everyday use. Will break within warranty or as soon as warranty passes. Customer service wouldn't help. Bought two of these. One broke within 6 months and other just passed one year and broke.

The guide section on the bucket where the ringer sits , broke / cracked after only 6 months of mild use.
We threw it in the dumpster. I hope we have better service with mop bucket #2.

Q: What's the use of the two compartments inside this bucket? My first though was "cool, a partition for dirty water!" then realized that you still need to put a dirty mop into the clean water to get the mop wet again. Can someone please explain why this bucket has two compartments and what their uses are?

A: At the beginning you have clean water in both compartments and you can wash your dirty mop in one compartment. However, as the water in one compartment continues to get dirty, there is another compartment with clean water. This can be used to wash the mop when the mop gets dirty. Another option is to wash the mop in the dirty water compartment and then rinse again in the clean water compartment.
