Q: Why does the Lasko Fan description say it is an Oscillating fan? What are the db? How many speeds does it have? Information is poor ont his produce.

A: This fan gives off very cool breeze. I dont remember how much speed it has. Currently in storage. I used it summer of 2020 and have no issues.
