Good heater

I purchased this heater fa few weeks ago for a basement guest bathroom that is always cold. It works well. It warms the bathroom up quickly in an hour or so. Would have given it a 5 star if it had an adjustable thermostat so it would automatically shut off. It does have a setting where it will run on high for an hour and shut off. Previously had a Handy Heater Turbo 800 Space Heater. Setting it at 72 degrees it rarely shut off over the weekend. After a year of being used on weekends it stopped working. The Lasko heater is much quieter than the Handy Heater. So far I am very please with this purchase.

Nice warm up!

This is a great little heater for a cold bathroom or other place that you just need warmed up for a short time. There's a giant button on top that you can press with your foot (no bending over), and it will run for an hour before shutting itself off. Really convenient, and better energy economy than one without a timer.

Simple and functional. This heater kicks out a lot of heat. This is our second purchase of this model, the first is now several years old and still working well. No oscillation or unnecessary features. It just works.

A: No, it doesn't. But as long as you have it on a flat surface, it is very stable. It works well, for example, on a bathroom vanity, where the cord can be plugged in without reaching across the floor. Except for the front grill, surfaces, including the bottom, remain pretty cool. We use it on the one hour setting, to heat the bathroom, which it does very well.
