Q: what is the capacity for the insert ? The amount of vegetables, etc. that will fit in the insert for steaming.
12 years agoA: The outer boiling pot is 6 L. There is approximately 3/4 inch between the outer boiling pot and the deep steamer insert. The steamer insert can be used for family sized servings of pasta, for rinsing and blanching and for steaming vegetables. It can easily hold a brocolli and cauliflower for steaming at the same time.
