Last less than a year. worse coating I have ever experienced. The company gives 6 years warranty BUT whan something happened to the pan, they blame the Customer. I will NEVER buy lagostina again.

This is supposed to be a NON-STICK frying pan. I tried frying 2 eggs in the pan and they suck to it and messed up my over easy eggs

Q: What is the thickness of the pans metal at the outer lip? I bought one there 6 years ago and it was great but due to overheating and abuse I need to replace it.I think the thickness is an important factor in its longevity.

A: The thickness of my old pans was about 3.4 mm at the edges. I measured new (May 2013) pans at 2.88 mm for the 30 cm pan, 2.84 mm for the 26 cm pan and 3.17 mm (sold singly) and 2.93 mm (sold as part of 2-pan set) for the 20 cm pan. Although I used a micrometer to measure, it was a bit tricky but I feel that I did get reasonably accurate answers.
