Excellent pan, good value when on sale

Used pan only once so far and results were exceptional. The cake browned nicely but did not over-brown as it can sometimes happen with dark cake pans. Nice heavy pan made to last. Doesn’t stick if pan has been greased and floured probably before baking. I bought it on sale.

Lagostina has great cookware and this Bundt cake pan is no exception. Cakes slip right out with little or even no cooking spray or butter and remain intact, no crumbling.

Good quality pan, great value!

Very good quality. Simple, but classic design. I like these simple pans because it does make it easier to release the cake. In my case, I was using it in a pinch for an angel food cake, and it took a little patience with a knife to release the cake, but it did release without completely destroying the cake. So, even without grease, it's pretty non-stick! Great value for the price.

A: Bonjour Josée, J'ai ajouté 10 tasses d'eau pour le même moule que vous voulez, Effectivement, oui vous pouvez , sauf que si votre recette ne demande peu de poudre à pâte il reste environ 1 pouce ou 2 c.et demi de jeu , Vous êtes chanceuse je n'hésiterais pas à faire la recette ( placé une lèche-frite en dessous de votre moule au cas ou ...) Il est tellement pratique pour ses poignées Bonne chance
