What's the OPPOSITE of NON STICK

It's the opposite of non-stick. Used as directed, everything sticks, especially eggs,even with oil.

Revêtement de mauvaise qualité

J'ai acheté une de ces poêle et après moins de 1 an et il commençait à y avoir des petits éclats dans le revêtement (J'utilise toujours des ustensiles en bois ou en bambou pour cuisiner et un ustensile en métal aurait fait des rayures pas des points de 1 ou 2 millimètres). Pensant être tombé sur une mauvais série, j'ai acheté une autre poêle un an plus tard et... même résultat. Bien sûr, comme tout le monde, je ne garde pas ma facture pour une simple poêle, donc impossible de les retourner même si garantie inutile de 10 ans (de plus, je ne pense pas que CT les reprendrait)

Pire poêle ever! Comme les autres commentaires mentionnent, tous les aliments finissent par coller, malgré l'ajout d'un corp gras (pas le mien, mais du beurre où de l'huile...) Opter plutôt pour un produit Héritage...

A: Yes.. The Canadian Tire webpage says no, but there is a dishwasher logo on the packaging. It does, however, clean up real easy with a wipe of the dishcloth in soapy water, so we've only put it in the dishwasher a few times.

Q: Why is there an odor from first use of this frying pan? Washed the frying pan before first using it. But for just preparing grill cheese sandwhiches an odor was coming from the frying pan. Never had such an experience with a brand new frying pan. What can be the cause of this odor?

A: Hello Frypan, We suggest to re-wash it and dry it thoroughly as this would remove any residue that may have been left on the skillet. We also suggest to use low to medium heat settings when cooking and that a skillet should never be put onto the burner empty. You must always ensure that there is shortening, food or liquid in the pan before it is put onto the burner. Thank you.
