2 years agoA: No the interior is not coated, it is stainless steel and naturally non stick to a point, they clean up really easily!! I absolutely love my set.

Q: Why they don’t have a soupape (valve) on the lid?
4 years agoA: I really don't know. The lids are quite light and easy to slip to the side a little to allow steam to escape. Perhaps this question should be asked of the manufacturer.

Q: Please confirm these can be used with a propane range - as well, there is a Dutch oven but some folks are saying they can't be put in the oven without harming the finish - is this true?
4 years agoA: This set has been tested and advised for use on a gas, electric, and coil and deemed safe for use in the oven up to 400F. Hope this helps.

Q: It would be handy to know for some people, where this product is made. I researched elsewhere and found out it's not all made in Italy as I originally believed.

5 years agoA: Copper does require special care from your ordinary stainless steel set. There are lots of different methods to keep the copper pristine from natural to purchasing a product to assist.
