The sales representative that served me was extremely friendly and went beyond in helping me find the set I was looking for. I only had a picture with no code and she proceeded to try and locate for me on her machine but couldn’t find it at first. She left me to check the warehouse and came back with exactly what I wanted. She made my day because not only was a gift for my son but she made me feel so important. It was a very nice experience and you don’t get many of those anymore. Thank you. Frying pans stick when using butter .We had to replace .Pots need to be wiped dry after washing to prevent water spots .Other pots are great .
