Growing family Christmas dinner needed a larger roaster!

The perfect size for our 24+ lb stuffed turkey to host our crew of 16 for Christmas Dinner! I didn’t use the lid this go ‘round, tented with foil instead. The rack insert made it seamless to lift out and place on our new cutting board. The perfect replacement for my old, very well used and loved roaster.

A fait le travail attendu. Il ne faut pas attendre trop avant de la nettoyer après usage, mais elle gardera son éclat si elle est bien nettoyée et séchée après usage. Je ne recommanderais pas le lavage au lave-vaisselle. J'en ferai bon usage longtemps, c'est un article de bonne qualité.

Q: How big or heavy of a turkey will it hold?

A: We placed a 22 pound, full size Turkey in this Roaster and it was very, very easy to lift and place in our preheated oven for cooking. And in addition, we found that not a single part of this 22 pound Turkey stuck or touched the sides of this magnificent Roaster.

A: The Lifting Rack that comes with this Roaster is coated in a most durable Chrome and thus made it also very easy to clean after the 22 pound Turkey was cooked in/on it over a time period of six hours. And let me add that the cleaning-up of the Lifting Rack was just as easy as could be as we left it to soak in Luke Warm Water with a normal wash detergent for ten minutes and then simply wiped clean. What a supreme pleasure to work with all around! You cannot beat this product by any means!

A: All in all, the exterior dimensions of this Roaster are 21" long by 9" high by 13 3/4 " wide - of which fits very easily into a normal sized oven with room available to grasp the handles on both ends very easily. This is a well designed product in so many ways!

Q: Is this now induction compatible? I'm looking at your specs online for this product and its says yes to induction safe indicator, as well as having an induction cooking base. Although there is no indication of this on the packaging in store.
