Nashville hair flip

I got one of the hair flips for my daughter. She opened and was so excited that it could play music. The one we got Nashville does not work. So I had to go back to the store that night and get her another one. We ended up with nea nea that one did work but i would feel better about buying these if I knew they will work or what can be done about this to fix it.
No, I do not recommend this product.
