Q: Would this work on a sprained ankle?
a month agoA: It can be used for your ankle, but it may be a little lose and move around if you're walking around with it. Also, it won't work well if you're planning to wear shoes as the sleeve won't fit in your shoe.

Q: The shape of the ice sleeve changed. It it not like a full piece. How do I change it back? It’s like separated lumps.
