Would be helpful if store associate actually took you to the product

I went to purchase 2 products; needed help finding one of them. I had confirmed availability online. Store associate said to go to aisle with household cleaners. I had already visited that aisle and could not find the item. I asked if she would assist. She advised me to "try aisle # __" . At that point I asked her to show me. Apparently I was interrupting her even though she was not with another customer or an employee. She did not accompany me but said "try the end on the right side". Again, it would have been better had she taken me to the product.
