Very poor design

Do not believe the 5 star reviews, these are people that have probably had this product a matter of weeks. I have had these for 4 years and as time passes the arms that hold the towel droop since it is only achored on 1 side. Kraus should be embarrased by this product. I have had to tighten and straighten the arm so many times it is ridiculous.

Modern yet simple style towel ring.

Love this towel ring. I purchased it in black and it looks awesome in the bathroom. Well made and easy to mount. I’m giving it a four star because it came and there were two tiny flakes of paint off. They were able to be touched up without a problem.
