    Too expensive for plastic

    This faucet is beautiful but half of it is plastic. I would have expected more from Kohler - and from the astonishingly high price!

    Looks great but repeatedly fails

    We bought this faucet seven years ago for our kitchen remodel. Loved the look. Over the years, we had to call Kohler three or four times for replacement sprayer heads. The rubber buttons kept falling off. The toggle from stream to spray stopped working. While Kohler always cheerfully sent us a new part, we got tired of the faucet being in or near a state of disrepair. We finally bought a competitor’s faucet through a warehouse store for a fraction of the price, and we’re happy we did.

    Beautiful but terrible water flow and faulty handle

    I love the look of this faucet. That is the only thing good about it. Unfortunately, I am in the process of replacing the faucet handle/sprayer for the 3rd time in 3 years. As others have stated, the water flow is beyond bad. Guests can’t believe how bad it is if they happen to use our kitchen sink. The buttons on the spray nozzle fall off. I can’t Believe we paid for this “upgraded” faucet. It is honestly the worst faucet I have ever owned but to replace it would cost a lot plus installation. Ughhhh

    6 months and the control button already stuck

    My new apartment (Finished on July 2024) installed this Kohler Purist faucet for my kitchen. After 6 months of use, as of today (February 7th, 2025) the flow button stuck inside. It's brand new and it's already stuck. Such a poor design and quality control.

    Clean modern

    Clean design that only requires one opening in sink. Easy to keep area clean looking. I selected The chrome finish. I think faucets can be obtrusive looking so I chose high polish Crome, it reflects the colors of the sink and stone around it, making it less noticeable. It’s easy to operate without fuss.
