Wil always look wonky. Nothing worse than straight line that isn’t straight . As it loosens it bends towards wall as well.

Instructions aree vague

I would really line to see Kohler instructions specific to the model being installed. Its very confusing. I'm having trouble with both the handle and plate as well as the transfer valve with this same cross handle trim

Feels cheap

I was blown away by the quality of the product. I ordered the brass finish and I’m not impressed. Looks nice but feels cheap like plastic. Unexpected given the price.
