So many problems

I purchased this shower faucet and valve a few years ago. We have had so many issues with it. First of all, the handle came loose. The way the handle connects with the internal part, the use of the handle had worn away the metal. So, I ordered a new internal part. After installation of that, now, the shower leaks and won't turn all the way off. We also had issues with the Kohler Purist tub faucet. Honestly, I would stay away from this brand/product and order one that has a lifetime (not a 1 year) warranty (aka Moen).
