Water flow is like a shower water flow

I love the color but I think there’s a piece missing in my faucet because the water flow is like a shower water flow. It’s so strange. Does anyone else have this problem? I hired a plumber to install it so I can’t return it.

Nice looking faucet, but poor quality finish

This is a nice-looking faucet set, however, the chrome finish on mine began to deteriorate after just two years of occasional use and cleaning with mild bathroom cleaners. I have never seen a chrome finish on a bathroom fixture start to show pitting and blemishes so quickly. For the price of this faucet, I would certainly expect better quality. I contacted Kohler about this issue. They would not honor the warranty, despite the product being well within the warranty period. I will think twice before buying another Kohler product despite the fact that I have purchased many Kohler products previously and had very good warranty support in the past, as required. Equally important, this product is very difficult to keep clean and looking good.

Love our new faucets. So sleek. The water stop is a bit difficult to pull up/push down but not too worried since we don't use it that often. Love these in our new bathroom.
