need lots of cans to do a small area

you also need to finish off the finish by using a stippling brush or something similar to get the same appearance as the big commercial equipment . I found the splatter that came out not too even and came out in clumps, so finishing it off with a finishing brush really does the trick. You have to use a lot of cans to get the density of the commercial finish. I used three cans to do a 2.5 x 8 ft section.

Q: Can this product be used on ceilings?

A: This product is not recommended for ceilings. The propellant is not strong enough to spray up in the air and therefore will not give you the proper coverage and would be messy.
